What is the process if I want to use your services?
Once you have decided on the service/s you require or would like to discuss the service/s you think you may be interested in contact us via phone, email or the online enquiry/quote form. We will then arrange a “getting to know you all” meeting at a time & place that suits you. This meeting is where we can find out if we are a good fit, you & your pet’s requirements and all those quirky, lovable traits your pet has. It is include a max 30 min walk.
How does key collection work?
We will arrange a time to pick up and drop off your keys to enable access to your pet/s prior to providing the agreed services. There is a small cost for this unless you provide a spare key until our service in no longer required.
Keys are stored in a safe box when not in use and do not have any identifying address or contact details on them.
What areas do you cover?
Currently we provide services in the West Harbour, Hobsonville, Hobsonville Point, Westgate, Massey, Ranui, Royal Heights, Whenuapai, Te Atatu Pennisula & Greenhithe areas. Other areas may be covered upon request for an additional charge. Please contact us for charges outside our regular service areas.
What happens if the weather is bad?
We work regardless of the weather conditions, unless it is dangerous to the dogs. In wet weather we will towel dry your dog once they’re home.
On a hot day we keep the dogs cool be wetting them down at the start of the walks & during the walks with plenty of H2O & as much shade as possible throughout.
